One-time purchases 
We have a 30-day return policy on all one-time purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Deductions for One-time purchases
If your return request is approved by Variety Mode and your refund is accepted, a fee of £4.99 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the initial postage.

If a return label is provided, a fee of £7.99 will be deducted from the total refund. Please note that these costs are non-negotiable and will be deducted automatically.

Subscription orders (no returns accepted)
Those who forget to pause or cancel their subscriptions will not be accepted for return. Since subscription orders are heavily discounted, they cannot be refunded once confirmed. We offer FREE samples, to ensure all customers are happy with our products before subscribing. 

 Subscription-based orders can be paused, skipped, or cancelled using the order confirmation email or by logging in.

If your return is accepted, we may send you a return shipping label (subject to order value), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

60-day money back guarantee

Recurring orders (2 month supply) are covered by our guarantee. In the case that a customer does not see the desired results after using our products for 2 months, they can apply for a full refund.

If we believe a customer is trying to abuse our money-back guarantee or make a fraudulent claim, a refund will not be given.

Money back guarantee does NOT apply to any orders that have a promotional code applied

Money back guarantee does NOT apply to any customers who have previously ordered and used our products. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
