Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Variety Mode Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the program, affiliates agree to comply with the following policies.
1. Program Enrollment
Participation in the Variety Mode Affiliate Program requires approval by Variety Mode.
Variety Mode reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Applications may be rejected if they:
Contain inaccurate or incomplete information
Promote inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content
Engage in unethical marketing practices
Participation in the program does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship with Variety Mode.
2. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral link or discount code.
Commissions will only be credited for purchases that:
Are completed through the affiliate’s unique link or code
Are not refunded, canceled, or disputed
Comply with these Terms & Conditions
Variety Mode reserves the right to audit transactions and reverse commissions where necessary.
3. Commission Eligibility
Commissions will not be paid for orders generated through:
Self-referrals or purchases made by the affiliate
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
Unauthorized promotional methods
Unauthorized coupon code distribution
Paid advertisements without written approval
Orders that are refunded or canceled will have their commissions reversed.
4. Paid Advertising Restrictions
Affiliates may not run paid advertisements promoting Variety Mode without prior written approval.
This includes but is not limited to:
Google Ads
Facebook or Instagram Ads
TikTok Ads
YouTube Ads
Display advertising
Any other paid media platforms
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Bidding on Variety Mode branded keywords
Bidding on variations or misspellings of the brand name
Running ads that redirect directly to Variety Mode using affiliate links
Running ads that compete with official Variety Mode advertising campaigns
Violation of this policy may result in commission cancellation and removal from the program.
5. Marketplace Resale Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to resell Variety Mode products on third-party marketplaces unless explicitly authorized.
This includes but is not limited to:
Amazon
TikTok Shop
eBay
Facebook Marketplace
Affiliates may not purchase products using affiliate links or codes for the purpose of resale.
Unauthorized resale may result in termination from the affiliate program.
6. Coupon Sites and Discount Distribution
Affiliates may not distribute or publish discount codes through:
Coupon websites
Deal aggregation platforms
Cashback platforms
Browser extension coupon tools
unless approved by Variety Mode. Unauthorized coupon promotion may result in revoked commissions.
7. Influencer Codes and Promotions
Some affiliates may receive exclusive discount codes.
Affiliates may not:
Promote codes assigned to other affiliates
Publicly distribute private influencer codes
Scrape codes from other creators
Variety Mode reserves the right to revoke codes or commissions where misuse occurs.
8. Content Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Variety Mode through authentic and transparent content.
Examples include:
Product reviews
Educational content
Lifestyle content
Tutorials or routines
Affiliates must:
Represent products honestly
Avoid exaggerated or misleading claims
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law
9. Brand Representation
Affiliates may not:
Represent themselves as employees or official representatives of Variety Mode
Create social media accounts or websites impersonating the brand
Register domain names containing the Variety Mode trademark
Examples of prohibited domains include:
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product images, and marketing materials remain the property of Variety Mode.
Affiliates may use approved assets only for the purpose of promoting Variety Mode within the affiliate program.
Variety Mode reserves the right to request removal of brand assets at any time.
11. Prohibited Marketing Practices
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Cookie stuffing
Artificial traffic generation
Automated bots or clicks
Fake purchases or manipulated referrals
Spam messaging or unsolicited emails
Misleading product claims
Violations may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program.
12. SEO and Organic Search Restrictions
Affiliates may not create content that falsely represents itself as the official Variety Mode website.
Examples include:
Pages claiming to be the “official Variety Mode website”
Fake review websites created only to capture affiliate commissions
Content impersonating the brand
Affiliates must clearly identify themselves as independent promoters.
13. Order Attribution
Affiliate commissions are attributed based on the tracking system used by Variety Mode.
Variety Mode reserves the right to determine final attribution when multiple marketing channels are involved. Orders generated through prohibited methods may be disqualified from commission eligibility.
14. Payment Terms
Commission payments will follow the payment schedule of the affiliate platform.
Payments may be delayed or withheld for:
Refund windows
Fraud checks
Policy violations
Variety Mode reserves the right to adjust commission rates or payment structures at any time.
15. Termination
Variety Mode may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if the affiliate:
Violates these Terms & Conditions
Engages in activity that harms the brand
Generates fraudulent activity
Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease promoting Variety Mode and remove affiliate links.
Outstanding commissions may be forfeited if violations are identified.
16. Program Changes
Variety Mode reserves the right to modify:
Commission structures
Program policies
Promotional guidelines
Eligibility requirements
Affiliates will be notified of significant updates where applicable.
Acceptance of Terms:
By applying to or participating in the Variety Mode Affiliate Program, affiliates confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
