"I have tried many mushroom blends on the market as a nutritionist, but this one has got to be one of my favourites.

Smooth, delicious and a great way to reap the benefits of mushrooms. I definitely see a difference when I add this into my mornings!” Kristen Stavridis - Nutricionista titulada
“Gold Dust is definitely kinder on the gut and makes a wonderful replacement for coffee - I'm sipping on it as we speak as I have decided to reduce/cut the coffee!

Lion's mane provides neurological benefits, supporting concentration and focus whilst the Chaga mushroom and cacao work as a powerful antioxidant. Supporting healthy blood pressure, maintaining immune function whilst the cacao also contains magnesium which keeps the nervous system calm. Maca and Ashwaganda are two are my favourite adaptogenic ingredients as both also have the powerful ability to keep the mind and body in a calm space” Eleanor Hoath - Profesional titulada en terapia nutricional
"Ashwagandha has grown in popularity in recent times. It is frequently...

used in Ayurvedic medicine and may assist with stress and anxiety." Thorrun Govid - Tv Pharmacist & Health Expert.
